“Completely prepping, caulking,around trim, windows, doors and remove excess nails etc. Painting 2 coats of exterior paint. 3 colors. Totally cleaned up everything.I had 3 estimates -Water’s estimate was the middle one and very reasonable. He got right back to me after my first call and delivered the estimate when he said he would. I am very happy with the end result. The house looks fantastic!
